Heh...okay, so i hvn't blogged here in over a mth...booo. Gooberhead and viv...so it's finally here XP Ummm...now i hv to remember what i did for the past month XP. Ahaha...i'll just flip thru my agenda =P Right right...worked for queens convocation a while back...that was pretty fun...*gag* ppl would actually pay $189 for other ppl to frame their degree...uhh, no comment XP. Back in Ottawa now for the rest of the summmer...how nice..haha. OH! Been babysitting ma babies next door ^^...lol, i hv much pride in them...when they turn out to be geniuses in their own profession...they'll make me so proud XD Lol...the oldest -Emma...is like me, artistic and left handed =P *Yiii* i've got a photoframe that we made together for crafts w/ her 'autograph' written on it...lol, i'm going to paste it on my wall =P The young one -Julia knows what she wants...and how to get it...omi, lol. I've bought them flash cards as a gift...hahhaa, remember FLASH CARDS!?! ==''' pls tell me i wasn't the only one. So i've gotten them flash cards for subtraction, addition, and division...heh, i need to find a multiplication set =P Mmm...there's something special bout saying prayers with them...and them Wanting to say prayers...definitely want to ensure they'll get as much exposure to Christianity if i can...really praying they'll both turn out to be godly women. Working at barrhaven manor for the rest of the summer...fun times...lol, and i know i don't really hv the gift to be w/ the elderly...blah, it's a job i'm thankful for. Things are pretty much the same there...cept for ppl moving in/out and ppl passing away...it's an interesting job. Went down to the states for canada day long wkend...lol, i know...how unpatriotic...ermm...take into account we've been in the capital every other single time XP That was fun...teehee...lotsa shopping...sigh, retail therapy as they call it =P
Other than work...been able to hang out w/ ppl...*psstt: joycee poo u better come up to visit more often >.<* For girls cell we've been studying the book "faith on the edge" written by some ppl fr/ Urbana. It's been going alright...i definitely look forward to hving it be a challenging experience...one that takes me out of my comfort zone and asks me to examine things i hadn't thought bout. Should be exciting...haha, i'm leading this wk =P Beach vball has been pretty good...lol, granted i'm not exactly up to par XP...but still fun...andrew was able to come out last wk, so i was really psyched...it's hard to imagine we've known each other for 11yrs already, time certainly flies. random things...interesting. Ummm...rhockey is good...i suck when i'm on blades...val--> i got blisters ==''' AUGH, and i got a boo boo on my knee, lol, but i'll get ian to rub it so it'll be gone in 3 days =P Lol...reading a textbook can be a drag sometimes...but i'm definitely making up for it by my leisure reading..haha. So sad, j.d. robb just came out w/ a book...and i'm on the request list at #202...i hv to wait eons to read it! Lol...oh well =P I picked up the NLCEX-DN book that nurses read for their licensing test...uhh, it'll be a while b/f i finish looking thru that XP Watched xmen 3 on its opening night...was kinda disappointed...not worth it to watch in theatres...boo...hahaha, so that's why chronicles of narnia was the last movie i watched XP But sorta interested in watching pirates of the carribean in theatres =D
Recently got a new motherboard installed into my desktop cuz my last one got fried =='''...and now also hv an extra memory card...yippee =P And hving a centurion isn't too bad right? =P OH YEA...lol, we got a new tree in the backyard...ermm, lotsa hard work to dig the hole...but it's there now...now it has to will itself to live =='''. Past wkend a friend came to visit us fr/ vancouver...so we had a BBQ/BGE night...haha, i think i'm better at grilling than at the 'catch a phrase' game...haha, i think it'd hv been even more hilarious if we had to act it all out the words...oh dear is correct =P Church wide picnic was fun as well...lol, till it started to rain!! Aww...no rematch soccer game =( Lol...definitely a chinese picnic dinner complete w/ shanghai noodles, fried rice, and fried noodles fr/ a chinese restaurant XD Sigh, some ppl are going to montreal this sat...booo, i hv to save money...butbut it's for a good cause =P Hehe...b/c i'm going to urbana!! Yay...it's going to be an awesome experience...and my cousins in the west are also going as well, so we'll definitely be meeting up w/ one another ^^.
Today...i thought i was going to ride an ambulance...and, i got disappointed...i got to ride in an AMBULET...what the freak XP...BOOOoooo, lol...i wanted to ride in an ambulance...sigh, next time...hahahaa. Okay, i've started to watch top gear...and can i say i like it? =P It's really cool...heh, only in my dreams will i get a chance to own an aston martin...then again...i wouldn't spend that much money on a car even if i had the money =P Hahaha, better spent elsewhere! But, i'd definitely look into driving a motorcycle...which reminds me...i need to get my diving license sometime...who wants to go scuba diving? =P
